i really appreciated all the praying mantis jokes

i used to think that the scene of tai lung escaping prison was equivalent to a horror movie when i was younger. i had to skip ahead because i was so scared. honestly i still think it was completely justified.

oh my god. this was a masterpiece. i laughed until my stomach hurt and i shed one too many tears. this film is a blend of everything that makes a movie entertaining, beautiful, and perfect. especially loved the harry tribute in the sign of the times karaoke scene. and rocky might just be the most wholesome alien in all of cinematic history. i will definitely watch this over and over again.

like fuck. the last third of this film never fails to make me feel so bad for art. i love him so much and everyone does him so dirty. however, this last third is also the most ingenious, exciting ending ever. i am so hooked every time.
