theater is truly the most magical thing in the world and i’m actually choking up just thinking about it rn. at such a loss for words of how to even describe this film.
i knew it was over for me when i was already crying 10 mins in. seeing this in a full theater accompanied by everyone sniffiling the entire time was the best way to watch this. i really try to be demure when i cry in theaters but…
so tastefully done omg. i loveeeee when a horror actually allows you to sit with the characters and doesnt go all in on the horror elements once that point in the film hits. also the score was so fucking good like why was that the best ambient music i’ve heard in my life. incredible performances happening here too. you can tell this film was made with a lot of heart from everyone involved. so good. and this is coming from someone who doesn’t fw horror that much.
