Ok, so, when I watched this the first time I was so confused, because this got so much hate, but the film I saw was incredible, it was fun, set in a slightly surreal alternate version of 1930s America and filled with themes of feminist empowerment and political revolution, and with the spiritual presence of Mary Shelley.

And now I have rewatched it, I have to say, I’m still confused, ITS SO FUN, ITS SO COOL
