Pulse asks the question: does a gray color filter make a movie scary? The answer is of course no, but it’s certainly not helped by the fact that the villain is a computer virus containing the dead that seems to Thanos snap people into dust as opposed to adding any actual horror.
A zombie movie that lacks zombies. That being said the zombies that do exist are both haunting and fascinating to see. While clearly inhuman the story does well to empathize with them at certain points.
Also Brenton Thwaites shirtless is always a good time.
Tom Cruise stuns in film where the short man does all his own stunts and manages to woo not one, not two, but three woman (and possibly a bipolar French mime). Short king spring is alive and well in the IMF, and I for one love to see it.
