85% of this movie is a sad/scared looking man walking around with duffle bag. But the scary parts of this movie were enough to make my heart drop out of my asshole and onto the bed under me. One of the freakiest movies I’ve seen in a while. That…. thing.. he created is actually horrifying, but I believe that he created it for comfort/protection. The last like 6 minutes of the movie are so disturbing in a very unexpected way that changes the whole meaning of the movie. Terrifying and disturbing!

A broke dude scams a witch to get his fortune. Then God (???) protects him from the witches revenge through divine intervention (and a rocket dagger). He does save the princess from his fortune and eventually the witch meets a cruel end when she is struck down by God (I think??who is that guy???). This guy scammed the witch and then his buddies gang up to kill her? Men ain’t shit

The intersection between mental health and sadomasochism is a plot point where I will likely always live. Maggie gyllenhaal I love you forever
