Was not super into this at first, but the more I’ve sat on it the more I like that after ending the world on accident last time Shinji does it again this time but on purpose (sorta) or maybe more accurately he does it with a lot more warning.
I wish they did more with the new status quo, but I guess they can cover that in the next one. Fans only had to wait over a decade!
