I spend a lot of time and energy figuring out how to help people reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a healthier, more mindful lifestyle. As a certified mindfulness coach and diet coach, I continue to deepen my knowledge — always grounding everything I share in significant, evidence-based research.
In the store you’ll find a growing collection of guided meditations created to support calm, clarity, and overall well-being in everyday life. The meditations cover themes such as stress relief, anxiety, grief support, personal growth, and mindful entrepreneurship. Each meditation is available in English, Spanish, and Norwegian.
Every guided meditation is personally narrated by me, and every piece of music is composed and performed with care — no AI voices, no AI generated sounds, only real human expression. My intention is to offer something genuine: sound, words, and visuals that invite peace and presence.
