[He's going for some early morning reading. He hasn't chosen which yet.]

[Slater's shown up for work. If Coyo's out of sight, he's perfectly prepared to damn the rules and let you do what you like.]

[Chang is practicing some mok'bara. K'nera is observing solemnly.]

[Omega's poking around at the art materials.]

[Drake, meanwhile, is painting a picture of himself. Nearly nude. On a throne of skulls.]

[Omega glances at it.] So that picture in your room is a self-portrait? [That's impressive level of self-absorbion, if he can't blame it on being fond of the artist's flattery.]

[The history section is Chromie's Lurking Grounds, so at some point in his reading she just sort of... appears out of nowhere.

Even sitting down she has to look up to meet his eyes.]

[Chang peers over at her over his slightly lowered book and swallows his feeling of being insulted. Assuming it is 'polite' to do that must be the norm, though as Chromie isn't human, there's an extra layer of suspicion that it isn't.] Hello. [She better have a good reason for the interruption.]

[Omega's meal of the day. He picks up various mobile lunch stuffs and puts a few in his pockets. It's not like they'll get squashed in there.]

[This is Rose's first meal of the day. She really can't be bothered to be up before noon when she doesn't have to be. She's got a book open on the table in front of her while she enjoys some chips and a sandwich, by the looks of things.]

[Omega pauses by Rose's table.] As an engineer, Miss Rose, might I suggest the old human invention of a 'chip butty'? Far more efficient in combination.
