A DAY IN THE ARTHUR

[Unlike his twin, Arthur doesn't mind sitting with people. But he may be kind of aloof as he studies the network like a creeper.]

[There's a guy with a sandwich and a very large drink nearby who is...frowning at the guy in between bites. It takes a creeper to know a creeper however-and Arthur is maybe one of the only people who could pick up Vegas's staring.]

[Arthur ignores it for a bit, then throws a slightly annoyed look at Vegas.] Problem?

[That tone? A warden.]

No sir warden sir. Pardon my uh.. [he laughs, taking another bite] wandering eye.

[Arthur rolls his eyes a little and gets back to work. He's generally not one to feed the trolls, so he's kind of... boring in his reaction.]

[ARTHUR LIKES TO GO TO THE GYM. Sometimes he spars. Sometimes he just works out alone. He only has two t-shirt icons.]

[Arthur looks at the kid and shakes his head.] Not anymore. But I like to lend a hand when I can. Looking for anything in particular?

[David considers that a moment, giving Arthur a look like he's sizing him up before continuing.] Yeah. I was wondering if there's a section here for comic book volumes. You know, Batman, Superman, that kinda thing? I'm also looking for anything here on military special forces.

[Arthur studies him as the kid sizes him up.] No comics here. You'd be better off asking another passenger for that. As for the special forces... [He starts walking towards the section most likely to contain anything. Military history, that kind of thing.] You're not likely to find anything confidential, in case you were wondering.

[Capa really needed to get out more. But...as it was then, he preferred to hide away. And the library seemed perfect. He rounded the corner, a small book in hand, and almost ran into Arthur.]

Sor- [And then he saw who it was.] -ry. Hey. Don't tell me you're working...

[Arthur stopped short before Capa could collide with him, and he looked at the other man with some amusement.] No, I think the library's in capable hands.

[Capa straightened up and moved the book to his other hand.] You think? [He didn't sound convinced, but took a step back, allowing more space.]

Looking for anything in particular?

[A beat.] Not really.

[Then, he looked around and shrugged.] No, just trying to find something new to read. Fiction. [NOT SCIENCE.]

[But Arthur, gravity's fun if you know how to make it work for you. Which is what Dick is doing right now, since a lack of tall buildings on board has forced him to start relying on trees to keep as in shape as possible with the whole running and jumping on tall things routine.

Fortunately, he realized someone else was in the CES and stopped any of the more impressive acrobatics hopefully before they could catch him in the act, instead swinging down so that he was hanging upside down by the knees on a sturdy branch, trying to catch sight of who the other person was.]

[It's a sad testament to the nature of the Barge when Arthur's first thought upon seeing somebody hanging upside down is: VAMPIRE! He slows down to a light jog, then stops when he realizes it's Dick, smiling in amusement.]
