2nd question [Video]
Private spam for John
Christopher is still mad at John. But then John made him birthday Cake and his favorite food, and it softens the anger a little, even if it doesn't entirely cure it. What gets him knocking at his door though, is the existence of his file, and the overwhelming curiosity of what it says.
He doesn't care so much about the details that he knows, though it would be interesting to see what the Admiral finds important, he does care about what he might not know and if there is anything in there that he's been seeking.
Private audio for The Eleven, Nokov and Dr. Darling
John has forbidden me to go back into the Nethermere even though I would be totally fine and not a bird or a blob if I went back there. [None of these things are at all true.]
Please let me know that you got back on board when you get this so I can be aware that you did not die forever. Thank you!
[Christopher appears on the network in his usual, pink shirt, goggles and blindingly yellow rain jacket. He has gotten a little better about using the communicator, no more up the nose shots, but the angle is maybe not the best still. He has a stack of papers in his hand, looking like copied hand written forms, though the hand writing is rather neat, even if it's a little hectic and all over the place.]
It has come to my attention that it is very rude to experiment on people in comas without their permission, even if none of the experiments are at all harmful.
[He thinks this is dumb, because he wasn't even taking any blood samples(yet) when he'd been stopped, but some people can be so sensitive.]
If you would please take the time to sign a form to give me permission to collect data from you in the event of coma or death, this would help further my research! I'm going to leave them in a few places, but I will be keeping some on me if you would like to sign and return them to me at the same time.
Thank you for your cooperation!
[He looks so hopeful that everyone is going to sign, look at him and that big smile. He waves with the hand that doesn't have papers in them and the feed shuts off.
Christopher begrudgingly is helping with some repairs, if he's allowed, though scraps and things that are still laying around the damaged areas will be collected for either experimentation or future use. He does at times seem to try to be speaking to the Barge herself, concerned for her well-being in the aftermath of the destruction and harm. He wants to be friends with this ship so badly and obviously doesn't care that he may look like a lunatic, petting the wall and speaking to it softly.
His mood is all over the place though, so beware if you have something 'negative' to say to him, he might just be a huge brat in response or completely ignore you, writing people who aren't being 'helpful' as distractions.]

closed spam - John's cabin
"Come on in, Christopher."
John's in the kitchen, unsurprisingly.
Re: closed spam - John's cabin
"I want to see my file." Because of course he does.

Is it necessary to fill out a similar form to detail that you are *not* to experiment on someone, or will you take the absence of a permission sheet to mean that you cannot and will not experiment on someone?
no subject
There is a spot on the form that says you do not consent to be experimented on.

[ There's a pause before, ] I'll happily agree to your form, by the way. I'm certainly not going to be doing anything if I'm in a coma or dead, someone might as well benefit from it.
Re: private
I wanted to help, but I wasn't allowed to. [Stinky ole John Doe got in the way.
He does perk up considerably at Darling's agreeing to his form.]
Oh! Do you want me to come bring you one? Everyone else is being rude and asking me how to opt out.

Where's the opt out form?
Re: Audio
It's on the opt-in form. [...suspiciously, but really it's just because he feels its more efficient to have one form rather than two.]

I would like to hook up monitoring equipment to collect data as a base line. The more people opt-in the bigger my data set! I recently died twice and was able to get blood samples to compare, but it didn't seem to change much. This also requires further study...
Further experiments will depend on what I deem more important or where the initial data takes me as I am able to study more! If I am in a coma myself, I have a series of more detailed experiments I would like to conduct with the help of my friends.
Perhaps when I develop a new experiment, I can put the call out? I am looking for Wardens in particular to add to my data set, as all of my current information is from Inmates. [Mostly just himself, really.]

He appears only a few feet away while Christopher is scavenging.
"What are you looking for?"

"But glass is also useful. And if I can find anything still alive." Seeds, plant material, remnants of animals. He doesn't look up, but he knows who this is. Has seen him with Nokov under his bed.

[Private] - (Timewobbly to end of port)
It takes more than mere death and descent to the underworld to kill us. [An arrogant voice adds.]
[Before he responded, however, he'd also taken a bit of time to think about Christopher's public appeal. On the one hand, agreeing to it would go some ways towards maintaining Christopher's trust. On the other hand, everything about it makes almost all of his selves thrash and scream in objection. The Eleven himself doesn't like other people experimenting on him either, but he concludes that if he's dead or in a coma, he won't be conscious to notice and so it doesn't matter if the thought sets off every instinct to kill everything around him.]
By the way, I'll sign the form. I think it's important to encourage the interests of the young.
Re: [Private] - (Timewobbly to end of port)
I wanted to come find you, but John wouldn't let me back down there.
[Which he's incredibly mad about still.
But, he'll brighten up when The Eleven consents, nodding enthusiastically.]
I'll be very careful. And we can talk about it, if you want to? I know you said- Well. We can figure it out.

Now let's pretend we did the experiment. Oh no!
Results: if anybody fucking touches my unconscious body to do anything but carry me to a bed, it's gonna hurt when I wake up and kick their balls up into their eye sockets.
no subject
I don't think that's physically possible. If they went that far, they would probably exit the body, and not STAY in the eyesockets...the trajectory would be practically impossible to predict too, and for both of them to enter the sockets perfectly? Entirely improbable.
Also, that's really gross.

[ Zerxus isn't actually opposed on a personal level, but he's worried about the mindset here and all the potential consequences. His tone is entirely one of concern.
(...A part of him is so curious about what science says about being a devil, though, and that probably shines through a little, too.) ]
Re: Video
Then re-testing upon revival or awakening from the Coma. I want to understand what goes on with the body during these events, if there is anything special about it, explainable, possibly if it could be predictable, if we notice trends? It amazes me that no one seems to be at all interested in these things as I am and I've only been here a few months.

If you want to get any baseline data for me, when I'm awake and in good shape? I'll be available anytime. Just send me a message.
I've had very bad experiences with people who experimented on me without asking. I very much appreciate you asking.
Re: private
[He sounds very tired and disheartened, but trying to maintain enthusiasm for a willing participant.]
I think maybe we should wait until after we are done repairing the structures on the deck... it has come to my attention that what just happened might muddy my control data, and I don't want it to ruin my experiments.
[He pauses a moment before saying-]
I appreciate you leaving personal trauma out of your initial response. I will try and factor that in, but I can't control what someone else did, and it has nothing to do with me.
I wish everyone else did that. I think maybe people would be less angry if they did.
