Residents of the Barge, inmates and wardens alike, it seems you've been lacking the sort of coverage only a good quality new station can bring.
[The man speaking does indeed have a TV for a head, don't worry about it.]
But fortunately, fate has seen fit to bring you Hell's greatest source of information. The Vees have always been at the forefront of news, entertainment, fashion, weather, sports... we're the full package and I'm grateful to the Admiral for seeing the worth in our work and giving me, Vox, this opportunity. [Just so, so grateful. He's seething but it's impossible to tell unless someone knows him well.]
So I look forward to working with you all towards my redemption and the opportunity to bring to you, in return, what little entertainment and news I can offer here.

Vox doesn't roam the ship randomly nor keep to himself, he moves with purpose, taking in every part of the Barge and making sure to greet everyone he meets with a bright smile. His charisma is in full force now - Vox has worked his way from the ground up and built trust before, he knows how this game is played and that it's important to play it here, at least until he gets a feel for who the real players are.
He's confident in his ability, certain that he'll make it work again and that nothing can shake him now, no one can crack his charm.
Besides, who on this boat could really be a threat to him?

Hythlodaeus, apparently still entirely unfazed by both Vox's considerable height and the fact that he appears to have a television screen for a head, catches the sinner demon as he's working his way through the Barge.
The greeting he gives is a cheerful one, with a smile, and he closes the distance between them with his hands casually clasped behind his back.
"There you are. Are you finding your way around without any trouble?"

"Getting around the ship is easy enough, but there's places they seem to want to keep us inmates out of which makes it harder to tell where everything is. You'd think if they really wanted to welcome everyone here, they'd have a tour."

There will, of course, be areas where he simply is not permitted to give Vox access - like the engine room or the warden conference room, for instance - but he can show him around most of the rest of the Barge without any problems.

Which is also definitely going to help with settling their problems.]

For all her tearing, it's getting her nowhere, she realizes. Demon strength had been removed from her and she hates this fact. She doesn't have something she could use as a weapon, sadly, too.
But her show stopping of tugging gives her time to notice that look and hear his words which just gets her to bristle further.]

While Vox is out and about in his attempt to meet-and-greet the people, here's a little spot of static to ruin his day. And by ruin his day, Alastor is just sitting there on deck with a cup of coffee and a book - ignoring the newest arrival.
Oh he saw the video broadcast. They could have done this whole song and dance reunion as publicly as possible but that would bring the attention of the Wardens down upon them. It would have ended far too soon for either of their liking. An ear flicks and without looking up from his book, speaks to the intruder. ]
