Frankie is - chill. So chill. She's in the common room, flicking through the weirdest channels of interdimensional static. She's tossing pretzel bits to the koi in the greenhouse. She's reading Agatha Christie in the library. She's drinking wine in the Lounge if anybody lets her in. It's honestly so relaxing, not having the bug's voice in her head or the burn in her gut.

And if she's fucking pissed at how she got taken down - well. Looks like down isn't out after all.

Never been before either, but I worked for "the company" back on my world until it turned out to be a whole lot worse than I thought, and honestly? Not so different from this place in terms of who had the power and who didn't. No chance the bigwigs weren't tapping all our phones as a matter of course.

We're not uptight about anything, lovey. I just don't 'ave a freezer up in the commissary. Maybe I should, we might get fewer murders.

And you just 'ave to come and ask. We used to 'ave a fleet of delivery skeletons but my necromancer graduated and moved on, so now it's just me and Laura and our dogs.

The Greenhouse pond isn't a river or any kind of moving water, but it's water, and so Gojyo likes to sometimes hang out by it. Walking up to it and seeing the new face feeding the koi, he's quiet for a minute, just smoking.

Then he takes out his pack of cigarettes.

"You were asking for smokes on the Network earlier, right?"

She knows damn well he's not a Weaver. The deep red of his hair still - hits something in her chest, though. She expects it to come alive; expects it to wind around her ribs and tug them together. But it's just a guy with long hair.

Allen likes the greenhouse. He likes to take time to wander through it every so often. Sometimes he tries to catalogue the flowers, as he's doing his best to learn about them. Sometimes he spends a while looking at the rock garden. Today, he's made his way to the koi pond.

Hanna had been on his way back to his room from a library shift when he spots Frankie chilling out and channel surfing. Oh man. Cute girl alert. His course veers off almost immediately, leaning over the back of one of the other couches to strike up some conversation. It's just the friendly thing to do, you know?

"I caught the last ten minutes of a nature program about the elusive wild forest creatures, teletubbies. That was definitely the highlight." She waves, welcoming him over to join her on the couch.
