Astarion's tread is very quiet, and he doesn't show up in anything reflective. The first obvious indicators of his presence on the threshold is a faint scent of rosemary and a voice:

"You have a hole in your cloak, you know."

He doesn't add that it looks incredibly suspicious, because then he might have to explain his extensive and intimate knowledge of what close-range piercing damage looks like.

He will get the satisfaction of watching the robes jump and then spin to look at-

"Oh."

Slight huff.

"Yeah. Some fucking idiot stabbed me. It's fine."

He's going to fix it up if it doesn't sort of 'heal' on its own. So far, it seems like his form tends to heal if given a little time, the same way his mask goes through a death toll.

His tone brightens up a little after that, like it's just... a thing that happens.

"Getting used to everything okay?"
