[It's just this at first.

Cloud is approaching the very sudden, clearly angry guy who's clearly got it out for Sephiroth. Guess this is just gonna be a liveblog for reacting! Enjoy.]

OOC UPDATE:

[Then things take a turn, suddenly resulting in teleportation! There's the trippy outer space scenery, water...

And then Cloud very slowly crawling out of the... pool. He's just lying there, mostly-face-down on the floor next to said pool, his face looking a touch green. That... was awful. A pretty pathetic groan is all he manages.]

[Why is Azul not surprised that Sephiroth has found himself at the center of violence, again. And there's Cloud, getting dragged into it...

Time to find Jamil so they can popcorn it together.]

[He just sighs and curls up against him. What a way to spend his birthday! Really loving this timing, truly.

Guess it wouldn't be the Barge, otherwise. Too many selfish, unhinged, and power-happy dumbasses taking up the inmate side of things. He's so damn disappointed, too, because he'd kind of thought better of Shen Wei...? And had wanted to see about trying to get to know him.

But, he's... himself. And he can't help his mind drifting to the fact that his own hair is kind of long. And, well , his hair's an Azul-only privilege, thanks.]

[Snarled] Fuck--

Location! Now.

The deck.

[He does a quick show of familiar landmarks, and tells him the fastest stairs to take.]

[He's not turning off the video; he's breaking into an immediate full-out sprint. Hopefully Cloud isn't prone to motion sickness from shaky video. Above the sound of his footsteps, he's adding, loud enough to hear:]

Call Ye Zun if he's not there already.

Zack is already on his way, racing at top SOLDIER speed to the deck. He just so happens to go right by the pool as two people are unceremoniously dumped in the water from…a portal??

He skids to a halt, runs in, and there they are- the exact two people he was worried about!

He rushes over to get them out.

“What the hell happened?!”

Sephiroth crawls out of the pool looking much like a very irritated wet cat. He's more annoyed than pissed off. That whole ordeal was certainly something.

He looks to Cloud, who clearly isn't handling the whole teleportation thing well. He remembers the ride to Nibelheim when Cloud looked like he was going to keel over at any time. This is about that exact same look.

"We were sent here through some sort of portal," that's all he'll say before making his way over to Cloud and picking him up all bridal style.

"Yunlan's... boyfriend? Is an asshole."

That's all he says as he blinks over being picked up, surprise on his face as he looks up at the one who did that. This is far from expected, but he's far from in the right place for arguing. Time to just fidget with the device instead, make sure it's okay after suddenly ending up in the pool...

But... nope, can't even focus on that, beyond making sure it's just no longer broadcasting. For now, he just closes his eyes and lets his head half-flop against Sephiroth.

"I'm f-..." Nope. He can't even talk, right now, "Ugh..."

Shuddering with the next wave of unpleasantness, he takes a slow breath, falling quiet.

Zack was going to just help Cloud out and let him lean on him, but Sephiroth beats him to it…so to speak.

He gives Sephiroth a very odd look when he picks Cloud up, but his worry (and caution) wins out over commenting on this exceptionally bizarre picture.

“…let’s go to my cabin. You can fill me in more there.”

It’s also a more secure location which is the most important thing right now.

There's nothing bizarre about this at all. Sephiroth is thankful Cloud isn't fighting him on this, and it's clear he's not in much position to do anything.

He looks to Zack. "Yes, moving from this position would be preferable. Shen Wei has teleportation abilities. I don't doubt he will try and track my location down."

And with that he'll start heading off in the direction to head to Zack's cabin.

Maybe if not for the past month-and-some-change, Cloud would have tried squirming out of this hold. But, after that whole incredibly weird ordeal with Shen Wei, he's just too tired to give a fuck. And, even more than that, as much as he hates to admit it, it's faster this way.

After the shit he just saw pulled off by a fellow inmate, it's probably just better to get to a much more secure cabin. Questions for Sephiroth can be later.

"Teleportation and zero logic," he mutters, one hand massaging a temple, "Threw Taylor at the wall."

Just to emphasize how much of a loose cannon they need to be bracing for, just to be safe.

…well, that sounds like a total disaster.

Zack swears quietly under his breath and ushers them both ahead as he keeps a weather eye on the hallway.

“I’m guessing his brother came and got you guys out of there.”

He read Ye Zun’s file. Zack knows what he can do. It’s why, while part of him wants to go back and help, he’s well aware that Ye Zun can handle himself. Making sure Cloud and Sephiroth are safe is the most important thing right now.

That's putting it lightly to say the least.

"It appears that way." It all happened rather fast. "Shen Wei cannot control his emotions. It is a wonder he was ever a Warden here to begin with. The Admiral continues to make poor choices."

He won't comment on Yunlan's choice in romance. He didn't really pay attention to that being a thing, but now he knows.

Cloud frowns through the wooziness.

"... He was a warden?"

The hell happened there? He chooses not to think too hard about it, falling quiet as he focuses on keeping himself from... ugh.
