[There's music playing in the background - Taylor Swift, to be exact - and Jacobi doesn't turn it off.]
It's been so long since we've done a game, and this is one that Warren hasn't ruined for me in a while. So. Let's play Fortunately, Unfortunately. The way you play is you start with a premise like "Once upon a time, there was a ship full of people with absolutely no social skills." And then someone comes along with a bad turn. "Unfortunately, they all blew up and everyone floated out into space." And then the first person comes back with a good thing. "Fortunately, they all managed to land on a planet where everyone else had just as terrible social skills." And so on until we all die of boredom.
Unless you all want to keep playing 'who has it worse on a literal prison ship in space.'
So. Once there was a ship full of people with zero social skills....
I moved to the gym. Just fyi.

[Jacobi's changed jobs now and can be found working in the gym. Most of the time, he's cleaning and/or picking up, but if he sees someone with bad form on the treadmill or anywhere else, he's going to call them out.
He's the grumpiest personal trainer you never wanted.
Otherwise, he's usually in his workshop/cabin (don't mind if you smell smoke - he has it under control).
Once or twice, he'll show up on deck with a little robot that looks like a roomba in one hand and a beer in the other. Jacobi uses the controller to test out its movements...and make it carry certain things on its back to test the balance and weight. Sometimes it's carrying a little umbrella. Or a bowl of chips. Or a book. Or a knife. Depending on how many drinks he's had.]

[Sigh.]
Fortunately, someone comes up with the bright idea to put all the killers in one place away from everyone else.

Gym
Re: Gym
He gives her another ten seconds to slow up.
Five.
Three.
One.
When her time's up, at least in his head, he walks over and leans against the treadmill. "Start your cool down," he tells her sharply in a voice that she should recognize from this lifetime and from the other.

Deck Spam - before his coma obv
He doesn't stop immediately when Jacobi turns up. He finishes the number of laps he has in mind, jumps the robot thoughtlessly, and scoops up the bowl of chips when he walks towards the other man with a lopsided grin.
"Thanks for the snacks. I knew you cared."

He sits down, crossed legged, and takes out a screwdriver.
