[ Good news, it's the sound of a woman's voice coming through on your device, and while the accent might be familiar from the last time she posted to the network, the mood isn't. She's even-toned, maybe even professional - but still brusque. Always brusque.

I need someone interested in making files on inmates. Short ones. I started this with Quentin, but he skipped out on us. [ Is that a fair assessment? Eh. ] There's an example attached. If you want to sign on to this project, you're going to add to the format. We need something any warden can skim in two minutes.

[Those familiar with Japanese may recognize some very not nice things being said.]
[The video feed clicks on. Kovacs is standing outside his cabin's shoji screen door, face red with anger. He appears to be... unzipping his fly.]

[ Archer hasn't heard someone else curse in his own native tongue in a while so of course he took note. ]
I'm curious why you think any of us should trust the information you've laid out. Or your final assessment towards the end.

If this is intended to make anyone feel safer, you've missed the mark quite dramatically. Madelyne has a point that if this is done for inmates, it should be done for wardens as well. I've personally seen just how dangerous some of our wardens can be.
But I think everyone's a bit more dangerous when they feel exposed. Or when they're targeted because their file was made public and someone had a particular issue with something they did or are. Not to mention the whole fallibility thing. Or do you really think wardens are perfectly unbiased?
[He gives an icy smile.]
"We don't have to worry about him." I suppose we should just take your word for it.

You have anything new to add, or do you just want to hear the sound of your own voice? I can show you how to record it.

Your inmate. [Well, not hers.] This associate of yours. Kovacs. Do you agree with the Admiral, that he should be an inmate?

[ The naysaying hasn't done anything to change her mind - this is still a matter of when, not if.
Her voice is a little more guarded when Ezio continues. ]
Well, I don't think he should be a warden.

You could've just made a template, lorem ipsum and all that. This is honestly just mean.
