[When has he last used the network? He honestly can't remember. But he can't think of a way around trying to crowd-source. He just doesn't talk to enough people to pool ideas more organically, and that's his own fault.]

If you've tried to learn something here, either from scratch or improving skills, what have you tried? The library's obvious, but it's a little overwhelming, and resources from a world you're not from or headed to are hard to work with. Enclosure simulations come to mind, but that's going to have its limitations, too.

[Bodhi is better at talking in person. Quiet as he is, a face-to-face, organic interaction comes more easily to him. He's most commonly found in the lounge or the library if he's out of the cabin. He spends plenty of time in the infirmary, but since he's usually locked in the inventory room then, he's a little less accessible.]

I regularly go to learn new things, or brush up on skills I haven't used for a few years. The library is one of the better options, but I also fall back on some of the texts on my server as well.

Is there something you're trying to teach?

Mostly trying to invest my inmate in some more abstract skills. We've done cooking lessons. Civics and moral philosophy's a little further down that road.

I've taught a college course or two. I can set up a curriculum for something if you give me a skill or a subject.

The logical choice, but the more people involved, the more navigating, you know, privacy and feelings.

I'm having pretty good luck with the library, really. They have a lot, and at least one guy working there is pretty helpful.

It is pretty stupid that the interdimensional space boat can bring people from everywherever, but can't get Yoohoo-Answers.

I'm going to agree based on what I'm guessing that is.

It's a- well, kind of like this, really, where you can ask questions and anyone can answer them, for better or worse. But with like, billions of people.

I took them on as needed and there was no cause to push myself to excel beyond their utility.

And our next step is to get you somewhere you'll actually benefit from being, as much as I'm sure the kitchen... built character, or something.

I do not think there is fault in what you proposed last, by the way.

I wonder about the actual applicability sometimes. No simulation is perfect, and allowing for different worlds with different physics, or history, you're going to get not quite right results.

You say that as though every flesh-and-blood teacher will be perfect as well.

I'm looking to triangulate. The more data, the closer to the truth.

If you are more technically minded than I, then I shall defer to you in that regard.
