Till end of classes.
I was having some soul searching about my future at Digipen for a bit since I wasn't planning on being an animator. So, I talked to one of the department heads and he pointed out that they've altered the program a bit- all the higher level animation classes can now be swapped out for other classes- 3D classes, sculpting classes, etc...
GOOD.
Anyways, still waiting to hear if I have the summer job. Finals are looming, and still working extra projects for my resume. I'm going to have my website revamped soon- simply it down and toss out most of the things in there; new work only. Justin, brace yourself.

The new warm
Who would have thought that 50 would feel balmy. Spring is in the air, so no more snow!! YAY! Soon I'm going to give up the covered parking because I won't need it- cut down on costs.
More school work, more stuffs. Still working on the photoshop project with a professor, still working on my house in MAX. STILL trying DESPERATELY to NOT play World of Warcraft and be get everything else done.

Last night I tripped over my USB head phones and yanked them out of my computer's USB port, which broke it. $200 to replace it because they'll have to replace the whole case and it's not a warranty item. I'm debating paying that and taping over the broken slot in the mean time. ARRRGH... that's a brand new case and I feel dumb. >: /
Car needs a smog test. No problem, just time and money.
On the good side, 2 of my life drawing pieces were held by the teacher to show off. Go me!

Ha ha! Life Drawing is my weakness so I'm going to have to kick it up a notch; thus all the work done on the midterm. Not that I've been slacking off mind you, it's been very hard moving to the next level in getting the figure feeling like it has flow and emotion. In other words GESTURE is my current challenge. Last semester it was pretty much like this with ART300 being my only C and I vanquished that.
In other news I feel optimistic. Not sure why, but I do.

In the process the living room devolved into a nest made of art supplies. I have no idea how some supplies ended up in a variety of other rooms that I never worked in. Huh.
Talked to the career services at Digipen and... it's not for my grade level. Juniors/Seniors only. Blahhhhh... So I have to do my own hunting.
I found an alternative for my student loans from Sun Trust and US Bank. I'm not sure that I can borrow enough to cover all my expenses during the year, but it's a huge relief to find options that will cover the majority of costs. I'd have to go through the dance of getting a co-signer again (ha ha?) and hope to high heaven that I get a grant or scholarship. The FAFSA said I can't get a grant from them because I already have a BFA. BoOOOooooo. In the mean time I spent $5 to win the $105 million mega millions lottery. I figure my chances of winning that or a scholarship are about even.
It's funny how the same topics seem to cycle through here as I look though the past entries. Deja vu all over again.
