Came home yesterday to find two guys in suits with leaflets in the front garden. Thankfully it was just Jehovah's Witnesses - for one dreadful moment I thought it was the No campaign!

Don't think I ever updated here to say that I ran the July 5K in about 34 mins, raising over £1000 for the Scottish Cot Death Trust!

So of course I had to sign up for the Glasgow 10k :)

I ran every step of the 5k, but I can't promise to do the same for the 10k - it's in less than 5 weeks, eek!
