totally crazy example to use to demonstrate The Comparative Loneliness Epidemic Of The Twenty-First Century. melville was lonely as hell just jerking it unreciprocated to nathaniel hawthorne every night. that’s a different thing
oh it really is just miss sienna’s version that’s. crazy
For the uninitiated this is demonstrating that a post with over 15000 notes gets flagged as explicit WHEN AND ONLY WHEN one particular trans woman who has been repeatedly targeted by staff reblogs it without any additions. She has deleted the post and reblogged it again like 20 times and they flag it every single time.
it was over 100 attempts btw
why is everything a dead wife to you people.

irt last reblogged post i was just talking abt similarly like ppl not drawing johnnys wheelchair even tho hes never pictured with other mobility aids in canon
idk why ppl dont draw it but then replace with with canes or crutches bc his paraplegia is pretty intense, he canonically has 0 feeling in his legs to the point he couldn’t feel something impaling his shin. my only guess is that since steel ball run is historical fiction people think they’re modernizing his design by swapping it out for something else, but ppl in 2026 use wheelchairs still lejekejkdhfkfhf 😭 like?

remember how there was an autistic barbie that used an aac board and there was a “fan redesign” that “improved it to be more accurate” and they removed the aac board and just made her a furry. i think that’s the most succint example of how level 1/low support needs/whatever you call it autism is seen as the “default” online and the only those autistic people are worth listening to.
okay. i’m just gonna say it. i feel like it needs to be said. everyone has been too quiet on this for too long. the fact that we all act like it’s okay that every century gets called one century above what the years make it feel like it should be is NOT OKAY. we can’t keep pretending it isn’t confusing to hear “18th century” and go “oh yeah, the 1800s - oh wait nooo 1700s.” we need to stop letting this happen. we can change history. language is malleable. i’m taking a stance.
occasionally, you will discover an artist who drew roughly 300 beautiful pictures of your favorite characters over the course of a month and then never touched them again. you must accept this as a gift.
