Omg, I still can't belive it! I created a new community for fans of Manuel Neuer:  manuel_neuer
I spend the whole day now with the comm and trying to make it look good. I still need to add tags and post a few entries. And then, the only thing this comm needs: members! No idea if and when some people may join, but it would be awesome. As none of my friends in RL use livejournal, I have no idea how to attract new members.
Well, let's see. Now, I really need a break. :D

On ontd_football is a post about Top Ten Best Dressed Football Coaches, however the surprising lack of Jogi Löw made that list kinda invalid. I love how this is pointed out by so many people in the comments. Especially this thread is rather convincing. WHERE THE HELL IS JOGI?
On a serious note, I was really surprised when I coundn't find him, as he was called one of the best dressed coaches during the WC as well, so why was he not included?
And you have to admit, this pose is rather classy. Y/Y? Also, all his clothes were designed by Strenesse.

Jep, es ist also offiziell, Ballack wird Kapitän bleiben und Lahm vertritt ihn weiterhin, so lange er sich von seiner Verletzung erhohlt. Begeistert bin ich ja nicht gerade davon, nicht weil ich's Ballack nicht gönne (ganz im Gegenteil, der arme Kerl hat oft genug gefehlt bei wichtigen Spielen aufgrund von Verletzungen), aber nachdem was sein Manager Michael Becker über die Mannschaft gesagt hat und Ballack bis jetzt nicht irgendein Statment dazu abgegeben hat (oder hab ich's nur nicht mitbekommen?) oder noch besser, Becker gleich gefeuert hat, verdient Ballack in meinen Augen diese Position nicht mehr. Es geht einfach nicht an, dass sein Manager die komplette Mannschaft beleidigt ("mediocre, ugly, untalented, bureaucratic, provincial, unmanly or gay") und Ballack einfach so tut als wäre nichts passiert. So etwas regt mich einfach auf.
Naja, zumindest ist nun mal ein bisschen Ruhe eingekehrt und es gibt hoffentlich nicht mehr so viel Theater um die Kapitänsbinde.


Ich hab mich natürlich gefreut, dass Neuer anscheinend die Nummer 1 sein wird und in der Startelf dabei ist, aber Adler hätte ich's natürlich auch gegönnt.
Ich freue mich schon auf die Spiele, hoffentlich gibt's wieder so guten Fußball zu sehn wie bei der WM.
Arne und seine Massenumarmungen werden mir fehlen, hoffentlich ist er bald wieder fit.
