my dad visited this past week, and I am displeased with myself for not working out at all. :P I've never been one to feel bloated, or overfull very often, but after six days of big extravagant meals, often splitting two bottles of wine, even I feel gross. its already felt good to get back to my old routine after he left yesterday.
and I finally exercised myself. :)
today: + walked around my neighborhood: 60 mins (listening to music in a light rain, ahhhh) + did some stretching, arm movements throughout + ab workout #3 on comcast on-demand: 10 mins
yes, I do think it has been this long since I worked out. :/
monday: + tae-bo cardio circuit #2: 53mins
