Kotatsu is an excellent app for reading any manga online, allowing you to download and read without an Internet connection. Thanks to this, you can turn your Android device into a manga reader with complete collections of some of the current most popular manga titles. Choose from dozens and dozens of catalogs

There is actually no content at all on Kotatsu. The app doesn't host any manga on its servers but instead allows you to easily access all the content from over 100 online sources that do host manga on their own servers. Luckily, you won't have to worry about a thing: You just need to enter the name of the manga you want in the search box, and the app will display all the results of the different catalogs that have this manga available.

Always find a manga for you

Usually, people know exactly what manga they want to read and search for it directly by name. But sometimes, you might feel like reading something new and unfamiliar. This is why Kotatsu has a search system using tags, which means you can easily find manga related to your favorite topics. As well as this, in the upper right corner of the screen, next to the search box, there is even a dice-shaped button that lets you discover new manga completely at random.

Tons of options when reading

Once you've found a manga you want to read, Kotatsu has many options to enjoy it exactly the way you want. You can change the reading orientation, apply a color corrector to the pages so that they have more or less contrast, choose whether you want to turn the page with a tap or using the volume buttons, or adjust the type of scaling depending on the manga. Ultimately, the important thing is to ensure you're comfortable when reading.

Read online or download, you decide

One of the most interesting aspects of Kotatsu is that although you can read all the manga online directly through the app without needing to download anything, you can also download and read offline if you wish to. All you have to do to download any manga is tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and then tap the Download button. And that's it. And you can choose whether you want to download just one chapter or the entire manga. But be careful downloading whole mangas because they can take up a lot of space.
