In Hero's Harem Guild you're a simple poor guy who becomes a community hero for accidentally surviving a powerful demon. You'll lead a Guild full of beautiful adventurers willing to work, train, and fight for you. Upgrade the Guild, repair the town, seek new members, build relationships with those that already are and complete quests in this RPG-themed world to unlock fully animated and uncensored lewd scenes. It comes with 460+ animations, over 5500+ images and there's a LOT
more to come.

Install instructions
DO NOT USE THE ITCH.IO LAUNCHER TO RUN THE GAME.
Follow the instructions, and start the executable or app from the extracted folder.
ANDROID INSTALLATION
- Download the APK.
- Install it.
MERGE YOUR SAVES FROM JOIPLAY TO THE NEW ANDROID APK
- The new saves will be in: "Android/data/com.komisari.hhg/files/saves"
- You might need to use an external files app or a USB to a PC to access those files
- Find your saves in the Joiplay folder. (Where you selected the .exe when you installed it)
- Go to "game", copy the "saves" folder, and drop it in: Android/data/com.komisari.hhg/files
- Play the game.
MERGE YOUR SAVES FROM THE OLD VERSIONS TO THE NEW ANDROID APK
- The new saves will be in: "Android/data/com.komisari.hhg/files/saves"
- You might need to use an external files app or a USB to a PC to access those files
- Find your OLD saves in "Android/data/0011/Org.HHGv0.12.001"
- Copy all those saves and drop them in: Android/data/com.komisari.hhg/files/saves
- Play the game.
REGULAR INSTALLATION
- Extract the .zip file and execute the game.
JOIPLAY INSTALLATION
- Enter the Joiplay page from the link in the download button for ANDROID.
- Click on DOWNLOAD. (NOT ON INSTALL!!!)
- Download and install Joiplay from that page.
- Download and Install Ren'py Plugin from the same page. (NEEDED)
- Download Hero's Harem Guild v0.1.2.2 for Windows/Linux.
- Extract Hero's Harem Guild v0.1.2.2 .zip to any folder. (Remember its location)
- Enter JOIPLAY, and press the + icon, and write the "Game name" and the "Version". (You can put whatever you want)
- Click on "Executable File" and go to the folder where you extracted the game.
- Select HHGv0.1.2.2.exe.
- Press "ADD" and enjoy!

Hey everyone,
I am doing the "Misdirection" quest, but i cant finish it. The quest detail says "Solve the mystery and face the thief.", but i have no clue where i need to go and at what time i need to be at the location.
Can someone help me and tell me what to do to complete this quest?

Three years and no update for this free game is still sad regardless of how free it is. It is also still subject to complaints or criticism. If you didn't want people to randomly come in to complain about a free game taking three years to get a single update you should make it not free. XD

I understand people asking for updates, and I also agree with them. The update should have been out a lot of time ago, but I hope they also understand why it took so long after seeing the chapter and the update, with all the new and changed stuff.
It is not that I don't want people to complain about it, it is easy for me to literally delete all complains and bad comments in this post. I can literally nuke them all if I wanted, but I won't. I will NEVER delete a bad comment, no matter if I believe they are wrong or not.
In your previous comment, I just wanted to tell you about the transparency the game development has regardless of release dates, mostly of your comparison with yanderedev. My comment was to INFORM about the transparency and where to check it, not to debate you nor argue with you, it is always that way.
At the end, it is up to you guys to decide if you still support me, if you still wait for the game to release, if you play it, etc.
I just hope that, once the update comes out, you guys can play it for free, with no compromises, and decide by yourselves.

I wasn't referring to your comment when I needed to rewrite my post. I got a little to into an argument with another user that I eventually saw we weren't really getting anywhere and I was devolving into a drama queen attention seeker.
Understandable. Still the Yanderde Dev comment was out of line on my part. Also the user I was getting into it with was right I was most likely still going to play the update regardless of what I had said because I do enjoy the scenes a bit and the story was enough to bring me back to check in for an update at least once every week or other week.

Has the author considered adding a Chinese translation for this game? Or does this game have a Chinese patch? Not having a Chinese translation is a bother for me.

I wonder if the creator paused the game or if it's something else, because it's been stuck on version 0.1.2.3 for a while now, and I don't know what to think. The folder is 12.1 GB, and for a paused or dead game, I'd rather use that space for other novels.
The dev posted a Devlog 40 days ago updating on the progress so I'd say it's not paused or dead.

Hello, I have full transparency on every new content that the game will have. I constantly show photos and gameplay videos of what I do. Please, join discord and check the #dev-log channels.
I'm showing observable, playable gameplay on video, it is kinda nonsense to think that I'm gating that content for me so I can milk patreon, considering I promised to keep Patreon post frozen until the update is ready.
If I wanted to milk money, I would just post regular updates with zero to null effort. Please, take a look at what I've done. The update will come whenever it's time for it to come.
If you don't get it, you don't get it. This game has sat in the top ten most popular adult games on Itch for a long time... so long, in fact, that Komisari could turn this into a demo page, turn off comments, and only offer updates to his patrons... leaving you to wonder (and comment) to yourself. At least then they could develop in peace, instead of having to come here to defend themselves against cyberbullies that think it's good form to post financials in public forums, or to try to chase people off (how very classy). You didn't pay a dime for this game, but you're here to complain that it's not done yet? ... who's the "Yandere"?
The best part is this: you'll return, and take the free update, because Komisari is too kind to do what I described above. You'll be 'eating that crow' in private, but we'll still know. ;) Enjoy.
This developer made this game with NO previous knowledge of game development. It's got an engrossing story, great humor, developed characters, minigames-- literally hours of content (and very few bugs-- in fact I've never run into one, although I'm told there are a few, I've never been able to reproduce them) and days of it if you're a completionist. It's been in the top ten most popular adult games on Itch.io since I joined the site, which is why it was one of the first I ever downloaded-- for all of these very good reasons. The developer is active in their Discord community, offering sneak peeks, progress reports, and a great group of deviants to chat with while you explore it all. It will keep you playing longer than many paid titles on Steam, and it's free.
Are you still wondering why people love this game, or this dev?

chuckles could be your parents have set the parental controls not allowing you to download adult content. Or the pc or other electronic device has listed you as living in a country that doesn’t allow this type of content to be downloaded I had this happen once when using VPNExpress where you can change your IP address.

When I first played this game, I had just graduated high school. Since then, I've finished my bachelor's degree, gotten a job, been promoted, and am now married to a partner that I met a few years ago with a house on the way. Since then, this game has not had a single significant update. The developer is either making the biggest update of all time, like creating an entire new game worth of content, or he is the slowest developer of all time. Either way, at this point, it's just kind of funny. Best of luck with your continued development! I'll come check in again after another couple of years.

All three at once. I would not be surprised if it turned into an "eyes bigger than stomach" situation that with everything he has planned and wants to do that, either through boredom or life getting in the way, the project gets cancelled before he finishes what he set out to do. I'm still not expecting anything before the end of the decade if it gets released at all.

Bro I can't get fish because this fishing reel moves slowly or lags, but the countdown is not affected, I have completed the winter event but I haven't been able to complete the delilah quest yet, because I only need one clue from Yina she asks for a fish before telling me the clue but because of this fishing reel I don't get a single fish, maybe someone can share the save file that has gotten all the fish that Yina needs, I don't want to save file delilah quest completed because I only want to see the quest scene
The bulletin board in the entrance to your house is where you can assign your girls to work gatherings items and fish. This may work for you. Take Care

Please let us load saves from other devices, i might be missing something but i wanna download a save, and use it somewhere else without going into files and manually replacing them

I haven't been able to install it on windows or android.
android allows me to download the file, but it won't install the app (says the app wasn't installed).
Windows however, it doesn't even start. The one time it started, it stopped at like the halfway mark and wasn't able to start again when I retired (pressing the retry button will just give an automatic failed to download thing).

Goddess' Whim, Corrupted Kingdoms (on subscribestar) and Afterlife Harem are ones I can think of off the top of my head. Or you can buy Koikatsu Party on Steam and make your own characters using the exact same animation tools they use and make custom scenes yourself.

I’m playing One Twisted Fantasy right now since it has a in game card collecting and battling system with a type of currency where you battle monsters to collect xp and chest. The chest drop random cards which you can upgrade or sale. You make your own battle deck with the cards. The download is under a gigabyte. This game could take days or weeks to play if you just battle and collect cards and upgrade your deck. 😉

From what I've heard, he's doing SHITtons of stuff in the code and actively figuring out how other stuff work. Anyway, considering how long that its been, we can probably expect the next update to be an utterly gargantuan content dump

Coz cells have smoll screen, so pictures are smoll with smoll GB, PC has big tv, so pictures are big, and big picture take big GB.

Sometimes, for some devices, itch.io launcher somehow doesn't properly read files, so some parts of the game are pure black or there are crashes everywhere. This is problaly me uploading it the wrong way, tho.

Few things, this game is so fun, i love how the characters all act an especially Fara, lucy, and rebecca. only downside is that there are no lew noises in the game besides spanks (hot).
