Hacking: Go for it. Walter is very cautious, though. He's unlikely to say anything over the ImPort network that would incriminate himself or Jesse or anyone he's closely affiliated with. All interactions along those lines are likely done via deader in his IC contact post.
Hugging: Uh, sure? If you have reason to. He might hug awkwardly back, too.
Kissing: lmfao if you want to, go for it. But he'll likely remind your character that he's married.
Punching: WHY WOULD YOU PUNCH A FRAGILE OLD MAN?? WHAT SORT OF MONSTER ARE YOU? Just kidding. Go for it. He deserves it.
Killing: Ask first? I'm very likely to say yes, but I don't want to be surprise blind-sided by a sudden death, haha.
