Spent an awesome weekend in vegas with fallen_angel_7.
Won $800 on one pull of a slot machine!

I must admit I kindof stole the lucky slot machine from Julie.
She initially sat at the one that ended up paying off, but I asked her to shift over one for me. She did without complaint, so you could definitely argue she would have won, but I did share some of the winnings with her so I think she has no ill will towards me.

I want to say a huge thank you to Leif, Daisy, Laura, and Cyclotron for donating to C.O.L.O.R.
I really appreciate it and it means a lot to me.

Last time I ask for money for this trip

Okay I am posting one more time and I am not going to ljcut, but I promise not to do this again until the next fundraiser.

As you may or may not know I will be headed off to Thailand in a couple weeks.

I am going there as a representative of C.O.L.O.R. to help the Safe Haven orphanage.
The flyer below gives the details and a way to donate if you are able.

A little bit of background of C.O.L.O.R.
It is just 4 friends (you know it is small when I am the vice president) who are trying to help out a little. We have helped children around the word including tsunami victims in Sri Lanka, flood victims in China, and hurricane victims in the United States. Now we are looking to help refugee children from Burma.

We are a legally recognized nonprofit and any donations made are tax deductible and you will receive a receipt.

The most notable part of our organization is we underwrite 100% of costs. Every dollar donated goes directly to the projects we work on. So no, if you donate you are not buying me a plane ticket to Thailand, I am paying for every aspect of the trip out of my own pocket so anything you give will go directly to building a new orphanage.

Every little bit helps, and thank you for taking the time to read this.

The graphic below is a little out of date as we are actually up to $17,000.
