My Hiatus
On the 6th I announced I was taking a short break from Khemar, and more recently I've been giving it considerably more thought. I've decided to take an indefinite break from the Project. I am beginning to feel the early stages of burnout and I don't want to go there.
As things stand, I have no blood for Khemar, and my other creative outlets are proving more fulfilling and just more fun. Between the Hogwarts game on Sundays, the Serenity fics I'm working on and trying to prep for NaNo (which starts on 1 November and I've barely started preparation), not to mention an increasingly busy "real" life, I just don't have the creative fuel or hours in the day to continue to write Khemar right now.
In my absence,
ash_blackwell and nicodeamos have the reins. I have absolute confidence in the both of them, and currently they both have a much better handle on the Project than I do. If there's some big problem or question that arises that they can't answer (and that would have to be one hell of a question) you all know my e-mail/IM (and if you don't, it's in my profile). :)
