Do you ever wonder who you were before?

I came up with a Destiny 2 AU where Ghosts can make human-shaped holograms around their shells using the Light. It's lowkey inspired by @jam-etc's drawings of human versions of a few NPC Ghosts.

I'm still thinking about these guys, I've been trying to draw concepts of them for a while. These are my two horrible children, Lethe, Luminous Mind of the collective Luminous Abdication collective and Aletheia, Tenebrous Mind of the collective Tenebrous Oblation.

Things I think about a lot in Destiny's plot:

As empress Caiatl (a 9 foot tall space rhino from the mpreg space rhino species) is settling a peace treaty with the guardians she is CONSTANTLY like "Guardian, I am going to marry your dad" Zavala keeps saying no, but she does eventually catch our grandad (Saladin) in some political machinations and he's forced to become her most trusted advisor. She still wants to marry our dad.

This is the second of the extra lines I got, input is "Savathun Give Guardian." I tried a lot of other combinations, but no luck (outside of the ones relevant for the dungeon quest). This is one is truly something.

Act 1 finale! The fact that Oryx, Xivu and Savathun got to speak together is absolutely wild. Something we never thought we'd ever be able to see.

Also enjoying the clarification on the Echo:

Since we know how the Echoes were made, I was wondering how one is of Oryx, but this explains it. It's an impression Oryx left on the Witness and that also got preserved in Darkness and then shaped into an Echo with the Light, same as others. It's just not a whole species in there.

Drifter???????? Left???? This is a bit silly because he's obviously at the Tower because of Gambit, but canonically he just left. Also apparently "tried something that didn't work" to get Eris and then refused to elaborate. Drifter? I am obsessed with this, what are they cooking. Is he going to miss it when we bring back Eris? Did he just completely skip the system permanently for now? Hello?

Also when you're done with the story, do Nether! There's new voice lines. Between Xivu and Oryx :) I'm feeling normal about them. The ones I got on my run:

I am genuinely unsure who they're referring to here, and I can only assume it's the Witness? The entity that Oryx describes as a "charlatan" Xivu followed, and then Xivu describes it as "unworthy speaker" and "a false idol, unseated." I can't imagine who else that would be other than the Witness, which brings an interesting question about Oryx' opinion on the Witness (and furthermore, how Oryx never became a disciple).

The second speaker is Oryx, the tag is bugged here I think. But yeah. Xivu is having a completely normal one! I really enjoy how Oryx insists that his death is final and that he died according to the sword logic and that Xivu has to accept that, but she can't. Insane emotions about Hive siblings.

I need to fish for more of these lines because they are so good. I need more Xivu and Oryx interacting. There may also be Savathun as well? I only had time for one Nether before finishing the dungeon quest so I couldn't farm for more lines, but I'm assuming there's other batches of them between the siblings.

Greetings, I'm trying to find my "house" lol. After lurking a bit, I noticed how many eliksni enjoyers there are on here. I just made this account, after not being active on Tumblr for close to 8 years. I am a returning Destiny 2 player. I came back at the start of Revenant.

I've caught the Eliksni-bug...hard. Mostly concerned with Eramis and her welfare. Trying to consume as much Eliksni content as possible and hopefully make some friends, too!

I'm a gaming content creator on TikTok, but as that is likely going away, I figured I'd migrate here. I have written some fanfic, mostly surrounding Eramis (primarily Twilight Gap/Prison of Elders focused). I haven't posted anywhere yet, but if there's interest I may. I also have a bit of a backstory for my Hunter, who is an Eliksni expert and is one of Ikora's Hidden Agents. :)

Little intro for myself, but I'm happy to be here! I hope I can find my people lol.
