Am I Cool Now?
Every day I try to beat my mom to the mailbox. I don't know why. I
never opened my mail in Nashville, but suddenly when I'm not getting
any mail is when I feel compelled to check the mailbox. I take that
back, I am getting mail. I've gotten a couple letters from Hans' mom.
(How cute!) And the rest is from SprintPCS. They're trying to woo me
back, even though I cancelled my service because [1]I don't get reception out here and [2]I'm
moving out of the country. But still they try.
Oh, so anyway, today -- joy of joys -- I found my very own pre-ordered, shrink-wrapped, glossy-covered, perfectly-mastered Waltz for Venus cd. I'd like to say that I skipped to the house and kicked my heels just as I was about to go in the door, but we all know I would fall down if I tried that. But I do think I may have giggled whilst opening the package.
I have to admit that someone (*ahem
thistime24*) slipped me a burned copy earlier, but
there's nothing like having my very own Turbo Industrial Super Duper
Straight-from-the-Shelves copy. Now I feel as cool as all you Indiana folk.</b></a>
