The Perfect Food

This is so much my perfect food that I've taken to calling it "karenbynight chow".

I'm wondering how I could add some green vegetables to it, because I'm eating enough of it that I should. Small pieces of broccolli?  Peas added at the end?

If you try it, definitely find the semi-pearled farro.  Regular farro takes too long to cook.  And don't even speak to me of 10-minute farro;  that's not food.
