I return (sooner than expected) with more fanfiction. :D This time it's Merlin. With the new series started, a new wave of inspiration has struck me. This one-shot contains spoilers for Season 3 Episode 1, The Tears of Uther Pendragon (Battle for Camelot). Merlin/Arthur slash. So please don't read if you don't wish to be spoiled of if slash isn't your thing. Hope you enjoy! Un-beta-ed, so all mistakes are my own.
Title: Keep The Relationship Secret Fandom: Merlin Author: k_bug_who1 Pairing: Arthur/Merlin Rating: PG-13 Length: roughly 1200 Warnings: SPOILERS for Season 3. Slash. Disclaimer: I do not own. Anything you recognize isn't mine. Summary: In the year of Morgana's disappearance, relationship statuses changed and Merlin now finds himself with more than one secret to keep. And Arthur isn't being very helpful about it. SPOILERS for Season 3
Good news - I am still alive and haven't disappeared entirely, despite not posting anything in over a year. I have now started university... so that's my excuse. :P
Today, I bring you all a little fanfiction. Star Trek crossed over with a script from Coupling. Thanks goes out to wicked_jade whose brilliant Star Trek/Coupling icons encouraged me to finally post something. More specifically something Star Trek/Coupling related. Enjoy! :D Also, this is un-beta-ed, so all mistakes are mine.
Title: Three Things Fandom: Star Trek XI (with a dash of Coupling) Author: k_bug_who1 Pairing: Kirk/McCoy Rating: PG (for sexual innuendo) Length: roughly 1000 Warnings: Sexual innuendo and script/crossover weirdness (does that count?) Disclaimer: I do not own. Anything you recognise isn't mine. Summary: Jim learns the three things that every man should know. He's never going to be famous, he's fatter than he thinks and, most importantly, his boyfriend isn't going to keep wearing those sexy tighty whities! Total crackfic, Coupling script meets Star Trek XI
I hope you all got lots of chocolate. :) And if you haven't seen the Doctor Who Easter Specail, I suggest you stop reading here, because the following will contain spoilers for that!
So... with easter this year we were rewarded with the Doctor Who Special - The Planet of the Dead (which I spent all day downloading!). And all in all, I rarther liked it. The whole flying bus thing was fantastic! I can so see the London public transport system being like that in 20 years time. Flying, red, double decker buses. Brilliant!
I also liked Malcom, he was both hilarious and just completely brilliant and reacted in a way, I think many of us would have in the Doctor had contacted us. I know I would have completely freaked out, lol. :D However I didn't warm to Christina as much. She reminded me a bit of Gwen, although that may have just been the hair. And do they always have to add a kiss in?? I mean really? It was the same with Voyage of the Damned with Kylie (Sorry, I mean Astrid) kissing the Doctor. Although I did like the Doctor telling her "NO" at the end. I liked that, but was also saddened by the fact that he hinted he'd never travel with anyone again after losing everyone. That was slightly depressing.
Not so depressing, but slightly worrying was Carmen's prediction at the end, which was rather similar to the Song Ending stuff in Planet of the Ood. So more foreboding stuff from a cleverly convinient person who has the ability to predict the future. Much like in The Fires of Pompei. Any ideas what "it is returning from the darkness" and "he will knock four times." is implying?? There have been rumours about The Master coming back, but the whole knocking thing takes me back to Midnight. Hmm... sounds like something to ponder on a rainy day.
So we have The Waters of Mars up next, which looked slightly creepy, reminding me of that japanese horror film Dark Water (which really freaked me out, by the way) And it showed the Doctor wearing his blue suit. I've always like him in his brown pinstriped one, though. :)
But before The Waters of Mars, I'm hoping we'll get Torchwood Children of Earth. Fingers crossed! (for it coming soon and also for more Jack and Ianto! :D)
Thanks for reading everyone, I'd love to hear you're opinions of Planet of the Dead and also of what is to come.
Happy April Everyone! :) Is that what you wish people when a new month has turned over?
Anyways, Only one more week to go until the holidays! YAY! Still, despite all my exams I've still found time to write another Torchwood FanFic... called Torchwood April Fools... the story kind of speaks for itself. You can visit it here, if you're interested and don't be afraid to review (wink wink, nudge nudge... say no more!) -
And I also went to see Dylan Moran's What It Is on Wednesday Night (April Fool's, as it were, lol) It was absolutly fantastic! Best night out this year, so far... definately! We were sitting in the boxes, so I had a pretty great view, which is good, because If we were anywhere else I wouldn't have been able to see (yeah, I;m that short, lol) Anways, the man is so bloody hilarious! I was in stiches pretty much the whole time. (His quotes from that evening, are going to be my MSN personal messages for a while to come, lol) So if anyone out there gets the chance to go and see him, I reccomend you do. It's fantastic! :D
More icons are on the way, I have yet to find a spare hour when I can post them to here and all the other communities I post to. :) So don't give up on my yet.
Thats all for now, I'm off to squirt jam into envelopes!
I've had this fic up on fanfiction.net for ages, but finally decided to post it here (seeing as I've finally discovered how to make livejournal cuts... sad I know, lol) So please enjoy! :)
Title - Top Gear Tests the SUV Author - Me! :) Rating - PG (for very mild swearing) Warnings - very mild swearing Disclaimer - I own nothing. All characters/presenter etc belong to the BBC. No copyright or offense is meant by this. Summary - Ianto sends the Torchwood SUV to Jeremy Clarkson at Top Gear for a road test. The Torchwood team sit down and watch it!
Well, it has been officially been confirmed. The ABC has indeed got the viewing rights to Torchwood series 1 and 2. And you all you know what that mean, don't you? No more Channel 10! WOO! I would call for a celebration, although they haven't got the rights to series 3. So we may have to put up with Channel 10 showing that. :(
In other news... the BBC has finally released the first official Promo Pic for Torchwood Series 3. It's exactly the same as the first one they've had on the website, but it's nice to have it confirmed. :) So excited for it now. I just wish they'd hurry up and tell us exact dates so we can all go and mark the week in our calendars. Hehe.
Anyway, you can view the picture here on the following link.
I recently found my muse in the form of Jack and Ianto, and I just randomly decided to draw. :) So below are my first attempts at drawing. I'd love some feedback or constructive criticism or just general opinions.
I'm not sure what else you say about drawings... :S So... um... I drew them in pencil, and then scanned them into my computer and then posted them here.
So please... Enjoy!

I am in such a fantastic mood! In less then 24 hours I am travelling all the way to Sydney to see Top Gear Live with one of my greatest friends! :D That's Hammond and Jezza LIVE!!! :D
Also Torchwood Children of Earth Trailer One has been released and it looks FANTASTIC!!! It looked like Gwen got blown up! (I really don't like Gwen. I mean she's a really good role model and all, but I just wish she would stop flirting with Jack. She has her own husband for christ's sake!!! Jack is property of Ianto anyway!) And Jack and Ianto have another kiss! YAY for Janto!!! :D Check the trailer out on the link below, if you've been unfortunate enough not to have seen it.
Firstly, I'd like to wish all my readers a (belated) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I hope you all have a wonderful break!
I've still been writing fanfiction, don't be afraid to check out the sites! And been reading a lot, but that's about it, really.
I was on deviantART the other day and I was amazed by all the fake iPod avertisments! There was hundreds of them. So I came up with an idea to do a Torchwood one! I mean, everyone else has done one, so here is my shot! The quality is really bad, because it's been done using Microsoft Publisher and Paint! But enjoy it anyway.
If you can't read the text it say... "The 21st Century is when everything changes... iPod is ready!" Just click on the image to see it more clearly and bigger! :)
Anyway, that's all from me. I just though I'd share that with you.
I've been writing some fanfiction! :D And i have no idea how to post it properly on LiveJournal, so if you are interested in reading what I have written so far, below are two links to my acounts on both FanFiction.net and whofic.com.
