A lot. Am about to find out if I can start on immunotherapy on Wednesday though. That would (hopefully, after three years of regular shots) rid me of my various pollen allergies.

Apart from pollen, grass and hay, I'm allergic to horses, cats, dogs (woe!!), all kinds of mould, cold temperatures (gives me excema), fish and shellfish, apples (just gives me stomach ache though), some kinds of melon, peppers/paprikas, curry, PEANUTS and fenugreek. I get sick from eating too many almonds, and I stay away from all kinds of nuts, sunflower seeds and soybeans because I've reacted badly to them at times.

Amazingly enough I can eat lactose, though everyone else in my family is either lactose or milk protein intolerant. So there's that, LOL!
