As a note of caution, unless you're a lawyer, do not post anything that would constitue legal advise (i.e., applying the law to a specific case). Moot court stuff is another story.... This is an open form for debate; sharing ideas, struggles, and notes; discussing legal and political issues of every sort and kind, so on and so forth. It is okay to share research notes, term paper ideas, law review ideas, etc.
