rules:
- Every week we'll put up screencaps/photoshoots/subjects and you have to make icons with them.
- Your submissions must remain anonymous. This means you cannot use your icon or post it anywhere till the voting period is over.
- All entries must meet lj icon standards (100x100 pixels maximum, 40Kb maximum).
- No voting for yourself. It's the basic rule;you know:)
- Please don't take any of the contest icons without the creator's permission.
- Your icons can be animated
- You are allowed to blend the two caps together if that is the subject for that week.


submitting:
- You don't have to be a member or a watcher to post an icon.
- Every *member* is allowed to make a new post in the community. Submit your icon in a full new post.
- You will need a host that allows remote linking, so make sure your icon is on a reliable server.

timeline:
- The icons will be up to vote for on Saturdays.
- You will have till Sunday night to vote.
- Winners will be announced and the new challenge will be posted on Mondays.



voting:
- You do not have to be a member of the community to vote.
- Anyone can vote.
- Votes are not screened.
- Vote for 3 icons unless otherwise stated.
- No voting for yourself cuz really now, it's so lame.
- No asking people to vote for you, if you do that you're breaking the rule that says that you have to remain your icons anonymous, and again with the lameness
