NEW LAYOUT AND NEW THEME

It's been a long time since we've had a new theme. I'm not sure what happened with the last theme.

This week's theme is: Free

That means that your icons can be anything you want. It's basically free week. Of course, since this is jrock_awards, your icons must feature a jrocker and all the usual rules apply. Your icons have to be new, not something you've submitted somewhere else or have been using or have displayed elsewhere.

You may submit up to FOUR icons for this theme.
