Basically, in this video, John McCain references the Iraq/Pakistan border. It's a few months old, but it's worth noting.

I have for you a map of Iran. Why Iran, you may ask? Well, I tried to get maps of Iraq and Pakistan, but there weren't any good ones that showed both. You see, they're on opposite sides of Iran.



There is no Iraq/Pakistan border.

Feel free to repost this video anywhere and everywhere that you can. It's just one more reason to not vote for McCain. I'm not anti-McCain because I'm some crazy liberal (which I am, but, you know). I just want my president to know where the hell Iraq and Pakistan are. Say what you want about Obama, but at least he knows that there is no Iraq/Pakistan border.

We are all so mortal, you know. Every one of us.

Everyone has the potential to die at any second. And not just your great aunt Mary who's 97, but your mom, your sister, your boyfriend, your best friend from high school...every one of them could die at any moment. It's not just old age that people die from, you know. It's heart attacks, car crashes, stabbings, suicides, cancer, or something that will never be diagnosed. And don't say that it won't happen to you, because it could happen to you. Every person who it's ever happened to? In their eyes, they are "me".

And you. You could die today. While reading this entry, you could get a blood clot and keel over on the spot. It doesn't matter if you're 17 or 97, you could die. You are mortal. We are all mortal.

And this doesn't mean to go and be terrified of it and hide from it. No, this means go and tell that girl that you love her, or give your obnoxious little brother a hug, or do whatever else it is that you have to do so that if that person died tomorrow, you wouldn't kick yourself for not doing it today and for letting them slip away without it happening.

We are all so mortal. We will all die someday. Don't waste your time doing things that don't really matter, because every minute you spend unhappy or doing something that doesn't matter to you is a minute of your life that you'll never get back.

So go give someone a hug or tell them that you love them or just smile at them, because we are all so darn mortal and we often choose to disbelieve that fact because it's easier.

I love you all. Every stinking one of you. Go live your lives, and don't regret a second of it.
