Los Angeles is filled with delinquents.
Left and right, graffiti, vandalism, broken windows, stolen signs, a person or two getting mugged. It was to say the least, out of control, and a little disturbing considering most of those vandals were teenagers. Somebody had to do something. Quick.
And that somebody happened to be the brave and kind-hearted, Vince McMahon. Yes, thank the Lord for Mr. McMahon (or not).
The rich entrepreneur, aghast at the crime rate in LA (or so he said to the press, his real intentions are unknown) built a reformatory for the teenage youth that would double as a boarding school/high school and he promptly named it McMahon High.
McMahon High, out of the very kindness of Vince's heart, was set in Los Angeles, CA. It is a small institution with its main focus being to educate the youth and help steer them in the right direction through community service, volunteer projects and monitored interactions with other teens. It currently holds a little under 50 students but is picking up speed. The students range from straight-up criminals to mere pickpockets, all coming from different social and economic backgrounds. McMahon High accepts anyone, so long as they're on their way to having a criminal record.
