We Are in "Code Jayma"

For those of us in the group who have HBO, I just wanted to give you a "Jayma Alert". HBO is going to start showing Epic Movie on February 2nd and I saw the promo for it (Jayma was in the commercial, yay!)

I might have to keep my eyes peeled for it again to make sure I got the correct date.

Jayma as Elsa/Eslita on Pushing Daisies

Jayma was in the most recent episode of Pushing Daisies, ep 1.04 "Pigeon". I actually caught the episode, but was only half watching it and I don't think that I even watched the whole thing because I totally missed her and she was totally involved in the carier pigeon plotline! If it's still on my DVR, I'll have to re-watch it and give my impressions. Elsa is the mother of Elsita. She owned the VonRoenn Windmill. She was in love with Jackson Lucas and often wrote messages to him in prison, which were carried by Pidge, a messenger pigeon. She appears in "Pigeon".


Elsita is a woman who lives in the VonRoenn Windmill. She is taken hostage by Lemuel "Lefty Lem" Winegard who is in search of the stolen diamonds that his prison bunkmate, Jackson Lucas, buried. She has a wooden leg, which stores the stolen diamonds.

Her mother is Elsa, who was Jackson Lucas's lover. She appears in "Pigeon".
