China does it....
Detroit's mayor talking about how other contries support their industry financially, specifically how China supports their companies, and said
"we should support our industry like the other contries support theirs." Now, China is a communist nation, so of course the government has it's hand heavily in it's industry. So because China does it, we should too? Since when has following communisms example been a *good* thing? Yeah, it's this kind of mentality that will allow The Big Three to get millions of taxpayer dollars as a reward for their bad decisions.
