This is modernized retelling of Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid. It's rather rough since it's not really a full on story but it's just supposed to give you an idea of what would happen along with some quick character outlines. It has a different angle on the Sea Witch, I was working with the idea that the Sea Witch was the Mermaid's best friend and secretly in love with her. So jealously of the Prince and possessive obsession were her motives in this version and then I filled things out from there. I guess it's a strange retelling to some people but I find it to be a believable scenario. Posted the mix at the end which I'm actually really digging for this story :D I've never done this before - posted a cast of a story so hope you enjoy~

"Do it today. It could be illegal tomorrow." Everyone's got a party animal inside them. Don't lie, you've got a wild side. This is a mix made up of dance tracks from around the world to get you in the spirit; whether it be dancing around in your room, clubbing, or working out, I think these songs inspire some finger tappin' and head boppin'. Places I trolled from to make this (thank you youtube) include Romania, France, Latin America, Canada, Japan, Britain, Korea, India, Russia, Sweden, and Taiwan. I stopped there cause I figured 17 songs was more than enough. If there's any songs out there that you like, feel free to rec them~ I'm always open to suggestions. The title is taken from Jay Sean's song 2012 (It Ain't The End) which isn't in this, though the line was the inspiration for making this mix.
