Artist's Comments: This art has many firsts for me - my speciality is portraits, so I don't really like drawing full-body figures, but I pushed myself for the original prompt, and then septembers_coda suggested something for the second drawing and I couldn't resist the challenge... My first time drawing a child. It looks slightly demonic, but that's a bit of the point, anyway. XD Also, the colour contrast between reddish and blueish actually makes sense - you'll probably see when you've read the fic! :D

Artist's Notes: This was the art piece where I could see the most fic possibilities - but, in all honesty, AUs are never at the forefront of my mind, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the idea my lovely author came up with! You have to go and read it!

I had so much fun with this! Not only with the original prompt, but I was so incredibly lucky to be picked by one of my favourite authors! I have only seen a rough draft of the fic, but even that was breathtaking, and I just *had* to get more art done for it, RL be damned. So here you go. Really large images, so I place them under a cut.

But first of all, a huge THANK YOU to ljunattainable for the fic I am definitely going to read again. And hey, we managed to work around being basically on the opposite site of the planet! XD

Summary: After being bit by a bat, Misha didn’t expect that it would greatly impact his life. However, within a day he learns about the existence of were-bats, and what it could potentially mean for his future. To make matters more complicated, neither Jensen nor Jared are listening to his explanations for his sudden bizarre and troubling behavior, but instead seem overly keen to host a serious drug intervention, leaving Misha to wonder if he inadvertently stumbled into a poorly written Asylum-produced film


Notes: I loved this fic so much even in its first draft that I might have gone a little crazy with the art! XD I can't wait to read the fic again, and it is definitely getting added to my reclist as soon as I am able - it is utterly fabulous, and filling a definite niche - there aren't many J2M fics out there that aren't shippy, and this one is just lovely (and delightfully original :))!

I went with a bit of a horror film theme-y thing for both the banner and the cover page - I am really, really proud of how well the title turned out, and obviously the portraits were fun. I hit a really bad artblock during the challenge, so I might go back to the cover and do some retouching on it.  I wasn't able to draw the portraits as complete as I wanted them to be - especially J2 - but I like how I was able to make it look almost like a star pattern.



The other artwork is in a different style - I just had the overwhelming desire to draw a cute bat, so here it is - and I then transformed the image into two dividers!

And here is also an icon-sized version!
