Need help finding rental

My boyfriend and I will be moving to Jacksonville from Charlotte, NC within the next month or so. We're kind of having some difficulty finding a house to rent with the things we want and were hoping that someone here might be able to help us out.

We're looking for a 2-3 bedroom house with 1.5-2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and hopefully fenced yard. On my wish list is a moderately sized kitchen. It doesn't matter if the house is in a development or not. The areas we're looking at are Mandarin/Southside, Argyle, Orange Park and pretty much any surrounding area that isn't close to downtown and is quiet. We're trying to cap the rent at $1000 and from what I've seen, I don't know if this is really reasonable or not.

If anyone has any links or other useful info about renting/relocation, I'd love to hear it. Thanks in advance. :)

ROCKY HORROR Saturday... update

In response to my last post, there were a lot of questions about being a certain age to get into Eclipse.

There's both good & bad news...

Luckily, it's not 21 & up, but unfortunately it is 18 & up... one of the setbacks of performing at a club. So make sure you bring ID!

Hopefully we will find theater support soon, and perhaps then they won't be quite as strict on age policies. I'm really sorry for those of you under 18, and I'll definitely notify you all once we've scheduled another show.

Hopefully they'll start happening more frequently, and ultimately we'd like to perform monthly or so.

Show starts at 10pm at Eclipse. $5 cover. And have ID!
