Pretty soon you'll see an update for Dark Coven. I'm not sure about continuing Quantum of Memory. I'll tell you more when I release the latest chapter, Chapter Fourteen: The Gala. Until then!
The Dark Coven Chapter 14 Progress and Disappointment.
I've done a scene for Chapter 14 so far. It's going to fit somewhere during the Gala. The thought just came to me and I decided to have it down before it became forgotten.
I must say that I'm very disappointed with the kind of feedback I've gotten for my latest chapter. So now I don't know what's wrong with it...or the best part of it. I like to know what the readers love the most about every chapter. But only a few tell me in their reviews and the rest just ask me to update. :(

I've finally published the latest chapter! Phew!
Okay but the editing was incomplete. So I gave that a rest for now, however I couldn't keep you guys waiting so long therefore I decided to put the chapter up as it is.
I'm not happy with some parts, but I'm satisfied with the majority of it. I cannot wait to hear from you!

Okay...the editing may take a bit longer than I'd expected (after all, it is over 10,000 words).

The Dark Coven Chapter Thirteen UPDATE III
Chapter Thirteen is finally 100% COMPLETE. Now I've gotten down to the editing (making sure it's error-free, fixing what I don't like etc.). It's a little over 10,000 words and I'm proud of it. It will be posted some time today FOR SURE.
Not sure when Chapter Fourteen is going to go up, however as usual, I will post previews here and you guys can leave your thoughts about them in the comments area.

The Dark Coven Chapter Thirteen UPDATE & PREVIEW II
Progress: 103% Complete.
Yes, it's over 100% BECAUSE I've decided to add 4000 words more. In total, there should be approximately 10,000 words for this chapter! So that's why it's taking a longer time. I've decided to really put a lot into this chapter. And there's certainly more SasuSaku.
I've gotten two new reviews suggesting that Karin is pregnant. It feels wonderful and EXCITING to know you guys have already decided to try and figure out Dan's mysterious note. And I'm impressed, actually. Now...I shall say no more with regards to that (don't want to accidentally give away anything ;) )
I believe that this story has approximately another 10 chapters until it comes to an end (which I'm actually very afraid of). I won't say much about that...only that I really need to put myself in the right mood to execute it properly. It's pointless if you guys can't FEEL how overwhelming the emotions the characters experience are. And it's my job to make that happen :)
So here's a little taste of chapter thirteen. It's still unedited so there MAY or may not be changes to the final piece that's going to be published pretty soon.

Her eyes remained closed as her dream became overpowered by darkness and reality had begun to surface her thoughts. Slowly Sakura began to recollect the events that had occurred prior to her slumber. The tenderness on the surface of her skin reminded her that she had previously been exposed to physical torment. The parts of her body that were most tender – her hands, arms and legs – were marred with faint blisters of pink and purple. And then she remembered it all happened prior to picking up Sasuke’s sword.
When her mind registered the awkward position she felt her body was in, her eyes fluttered open and the ceiling of the spectator shed came into view. Her eyes widened when they traveled down to her naked legs, and when the wind blew in, she realized that she could feel its invisible, soft texture against her skin more than usual, finally drawing her attention to the fact that she had been almost completely naked. And naturally, she gasped at the sudden realization.
“So you’re finally awake,” she heard a bored voice say beside her, “You talk in your sleep. It’s annoying.”
Both startled and embarrassed, Sakura swiftly threw her legs off the seat, almost tumbling over in the process. And once she had caught control of body’s motion, Sakura scampered backwards, distancing her naked form away from Sasuke who looked on with a raised brow as she defensively brought her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around them in a poor attempt to cover the exposed areas of her body.
He opened his mouth to comment on her behavior; however Sakura kept him silent with a string of irritating questions.
“Why am I like this!? What did you do to me!? Where are my clothes!?”

Hello again!
My latest chapter of The Dark Coven is almost done. Right now I'm working on another flashback scene. I'm trying really hard to incorporate Tenten's past into the story as it will have an effect on Sakura and Sasuke. As I think I've mentioned before, this plot is huge.
Some of you actually sent me personal messages via FF.NET, requesting that I do a little Azami-Itachi piece. I've always wanted to write a bit about their story as well. Their story plays an important role in Sasuke and Sakura's relationship actually.
Some of you may wonder why I give so much attention to the characters like Neji, Tenten and Itachi. Well, it's because I don't want to just state the things revolving around them, I want to make you feel and experience the turmoils they faced and the impact those troubles had on them. I'm not the type of author to simply just focus on the main couple or main characters...that's simply just not how I write. It's not my style. This plot will have major roles for Sakura, Sasuke, Itachi, Neji, Tenten and a few others.
Also, it's disheartening when people skip out the parts that concern the 'other characters' and only read the SasuSaku bits. It makes me feel to just...stop.
Anyway...I'm kindly asking that you hold on for about two more days and the latest chapter will definitely be up! ^^

‘Not imagination?’ she thought, bemused.
He laughed again, cynically this time and a bit more audible.
“You’re so weak that even your thoughts have become fragmented. Pathetic indeed.”
‘Who...?’
“What’s that? Who am I? Why I thought you’d figure that out by now...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So my latest chapter of The Dark Coven is entitled "The Funeral" and therefore it includes the funeral of the Oracle Yumi Komagata. In this chapter I also did a flashback scene that took place in Korea in 1342. I'm not sure if you guys understood it or were confused by it since no one mentioned anything about it in the reviews. I'm guessing that many people just skipped it because there was no romance in it :(
However for those who read it, I thank you and can guarantee that you'll be able to string the pieces together later on in the plot. Everything that happens in this story is related to Sakura, therefore missing out on any detail can lead to confusion.
Let's talk about that flashback in Korea.
So it begins with this assassin (whose name is later revealed to be 'Ji Ah' -- a Korean name, by the way) who walked into a massacre that had just taken place. 'Ji Ah' is no 'OC', so don't ignore her character. She had been searching for a noble vampire named Aidou who she found dead along with his servants. And after a thorough investigation, Ji Ah finds a note that contained the information she wanted. However after the arrival of Neji and Hinata Hyuuga, you realize that the letter was meant for them...and not Ji Ah.
Then Ji Ah and Neji engaged in a fight which resulted in Ji Ah's heart becoming injured after being attacked with Neji's signature 'Gentle Fist'. However the fight came to an end when ANOTHER character entered the scene. This person is also no stranger to us. Can you figure out who he is?
That scene was my personal favourite out of all the ones in this chapter because it introduces this new kind of....twist to the plot (and I can assure you that there will be many, though they will all lead to one thing).
SO...right now I'm working on chapter thirteen. It's entitled "The Blade of Kusanagi -- Chidori Chokuto". And as many of you have guessed, Sasuke's sword will do something interesting. :)
I look forward to hearing from you when that chapter comes out!

First time, first post
Okay, so this is my first entry. In fact, it's my first time ever having a journal/blog!
I think I want this journal to be mainly on my stories and interesting places I visit (including the places I go for charitable works). But I also would love to interact with people around the world and learn about various cultures and traditions through this system. So I really look forward to that as well.
