No matter who I talk to online, I feel like I'm in this picture, man. Do I have an intellectual disability? I talk to my IRL friends in my native language and I can't understand what they're saying. Maybe there's something wrong with me.

I just want to make it very clear that not an insignificant amount of the CoD MW actors are really fucking dodgy. This is not me saying to stop engaging with CoD or anything but I think it needs to be pointed out that a good few of them are just shitty people.

they’re the main two I can think of from the top of my head (honourable mention is Warren Kole (Graves) being pro-Meta AI) but I think it definitely needs to be acknowledged, especially when we’re talking about the actors and not just the characters, that there is a big possibility of them being not great people (and I won’t be hearing that “oh you’re hating on them for political beliefs” bullshit because fuck you mean supporting a baby eating nonce and endangering your children online is a ‘political belief’? Don’t start.)

Obviously a lot of them are openly decent people, Elliot Knight (Gaz) is obviously openly gay (although being gay doesn’t automatically make you a good person, there’s quite a small change that he - as a black, gay man - is voting for noncy Nigel lol) and a lot of the actors support LGBT charities. I know Maria Camargo (Valeria) is a Democrat and Bayardo de Murguia (Rudy) is actively pro-Palestine so there are a lot of the modern warfare cast that are chill, seemingly lovely people. This is not an excuse for people to go on a virtue signalling tirade and go shitting on others for liking certain characters and all that but it is something that people should be aware of if you’re playing CoD MW and active in the fandom - especially on tumblr where a large majority of the fandom is queer and/or poc who are potentially affected by the choices of these actors. I would like it to be noted that all this information is available with a quick cursory glance at literally just who they’re following on Instagram. There has been no stalking or anything on my part and you can go see for yourselves. (I will say, however, Neil Ellice is following an account with, like, an Israeli and American flag in its name but it seems like that account is one that’s been hacked so I don’t think he’s following random Israel propaganda accounts lmao)

I just think it’s worth being aware of this stuff especially in the world we live in right now.
