These are great! I bought several of your themes awhile back but don't see them separately anymore.  I recall that the assets could be used commercially in any game engine with modifications allowed if needed. I'm using Game Maker. Is this correct?   

I see that you've mentioned "free license."  Does this mean I can use in my commercial game (and modify if needed)?

No, I just like the look of it.  It's a little too 8 bit for my game but maybe it could potentially be used in its final state.  Also, my game is 2.5D so the perspective doesn't exactly work for my game.
