really fantastic. the illustrations were lovely. the "vulgar" language used to describe the bitterness of of envy and sexual dysfunction that can occur in relationships is really well done to me. thank you for making this.

Have you tried installing via the Itch.io app?

Has been useful for a longterm project. I really appreciate your hard work!!!!

Sorry, 5 months later. I have seen these lists before and tend to send them to others when they complain about things. It's really fantastic and I'm happy you maintain them.

3 months later apologies T_T My notifs are messy. Thank you for reading. I'm really happy you enjoyed it. I kind of hate how fandom talks about Black people and as indie animation becomes bigger, it feels like there's no escaping it even now so I hoped to talk about it.

OP has clarified her point several times, but you haven't responded to her or a single post with her actual desire with anything other than this tired argument or focusing on racism, despite her not bringing up racism once:

"EDIT: This wasn't excluding anyone and I'm not looking to 'make a new space'. I'm looking to connect with other Black female game devs to talk about our shared experience. I'm assuming there aren't any here, but thanks for jumping in, everyone."

"There is nothing wrong with connecting with other folks who have a shared experienced, especially when you're marginalized in a lot of ways. Have a good one. "

Several of your posts:

"Wow, Black people had equal rights 50 years ago and there is not even a hint of racism today. And now you are turning on your own race.  Only white people say these things so I know you are white"
"The thing is that this black woman is accusing the game dev community of racism"

Refusing to read and continuously putting things in OP's mouth because she made a post about wanting to connect with other Black developers comes off as racist, yes. I only really responded to this post to show solidarity with her because of you and the other people here jumping down her throat.

I don't plan to engage with someone who magically loses the ability to read and keeps going off-topic due to continuously losing the ability to read, but I am responding with the smallest of prayers that you understand why No Time to Play called you racist. I'm not even calling you racist. I am just pointing out that you refusing to read leads to assumptions about you. I'm stating this plainly because you keep jumping to conclusions.

Of course. It is really understandable and I think a lot of developers have similar feelings. Even if you don't finish this work, it made an impact on me at the time. I'll cheer you on if you write. I'll cheer you on if you also choose not to :)

I never commented at the time, but this was one of my favorite entries of the jam and I still think about it after all this time. Thank you for making it.

Sorry no one here knows what being a minority means. There are Black female devs, but the Itchio forums are not the place to look for them due to the comments like many of the above. There have even been Black-focused jams hosted on Itch in the past in hopes of fostering a community.

Good luck!

Thank you! I think I prefer writing cozier relationships with toxic elements or exploring enmeshment as a concept. I'm happy it was nice to read! Thank you so much for reading ^^

This saved my life and is such a smart idea. Pomodoro clocks are always so good for me but everything is made better with cute person to cheer me on. The transparency doesn't work for me on Windows 11, but it's alright.. It's so tiny and it's still so worth it. Thank you so much for making this!

I'm happy you related to Adelaide. She's very dear to me. Thank you so much for reading!

Thank you so much Adair!

Thank you! I published it partially because I liked the design a lot cx

I'm really happy you loved it! I think of you loving it often!

Thank you for reading Harley! And thank you for your kind words <3

ooh thank you ^^; that really delights me. i feel the same about food and teas in my words.

i feel sad my initial comment was so short! i want to give more thoughts now. do forgive me if it's a bit messy.

this was very relatable and stressful to me. it really did feel like my time as an 18 year old. the use of the long flashback and the change of format to being mostly message focused was very good.. a very good choice.

the music and sound choices are very good. also your art is really delightful. i cried quite a bit afterwards, but i really love when stories make me cry!

this reminds me of when i started drinking tea :) really fantastic work. i have more thoughts. i hope to add them later.

Thank you! I really appreciate you acknowledging it. And I understand, it happens sometimes as artists!

Again, I really do hope your jam goes super well!!!! Thank you for linking RoRo (and also Short Circuit) and changing the mascots!!! I am looking forward to reading the entries and wish I could participate myself if I weren't already occupied during the jam's time frame!!!

More Robots!!!!!!!

Hello! I am really happy to see that another Robot Jam exists and that it sparks joy. However, I couldn't help but notice that the characters in your banner are heavily influenced by the mascots of the Robotic Romance Jam. Inspiration is good and okay, but we have a small request  with this in mind.

Could you please link to the older Robotic Romance Jam to give credit for the character designs? We do not mean to swing bats at a hornet's nest, but it is a bit jarring to see the characters Starbage and I made for the jam being used by someone else without our consent though I do not mean to say you did it out of ill will ^^;

Thank you for your consideration. I hope the jam goes super well!

thank you!

so so cute!!

thank you so much!!!!! i’m hoping in the future that there is more.. so surely your wish will come true!!

thank you! i've been rereading this a lot today. i really appreciate your affection for the story!

Thank you. One thing I've run into is that the save button saves to the Downloads folder by defualt. I find that I need to open the file after hitting save then save over the original json file ^^ I'm unsure of why this is the case!

I'm looking forward to additional updates!

it really sparks joy. the VN is beautiful. cassidy was a character who was nice to read at a time like this. the ambient sounds used are fantastic.. i am really amazed at all the work in this project. i love.. how you write!! excited for more parts

thank you!! that makes me happy..i hope to break twine even more in the future c: it's really fun.. iwould've done more to its UI had i had more energy!

thank you so much for reading Bean.. originally the entire game was just cicadas but i enjoyed adding different audios! it was nice thinking about what would interrupt her fixation on that noise.. it was nice writing with my girls again c:

thank you elise.. im happy you enjoyed it and all of your compliments mean a lot to me!! i do hope to make more things like this.. it was quite fun..  it's a very nice way to make character studies ^^

Really really fantastic. I'm honestly surprised to find such a robust tool (really your entire array is fantastic)! I've been a bit tired of RPG Maker at times due to the editor and tend to take long breaks. I found this in an endless search to resolve a problem and this ended up resolving a lot of my problems with the editor at once. Thank you!

this is so everything i might die.

yay submitted c:  !!

You should advertise yourselves in game jams. Some are even voice actor focused at times. The forums are usually less active than the game jam servers and the like :)

This was the first TTRPG I tried and it was really delightful. Thank you so much for makking!

I'm really sorry. This is absolutely awful. I can't believe Itchio just lied (ok well).  I'm hoping for the success of your steam release T_T

i can provide the html download for the existing project possibly ^^;  if that is alright.. the current episodes are prototypes which is why they don't have DLs available quite yet.. they do not feel quite download ready haha but i do not mind providing it ^^;

i think if aiyana ever got into making creative works herself, she'd try to be meticulous like you!!!

Sniffles this brief intro really useful and cute and simplified a lot fofr me.. Thank you!!

Yay that's delightful. Thank you for your response!!
