i agree with the 'stobe effect' on some of the ladder lights being too much. im loving the game. im just waiting for the next update to try it out again. wanting to make another full playthrough (and actually beat it) when it gets a 1.0 release. your review is good, and is not short as you think

Thanks for scratching my 'Idols of Ash' itch, but keeping everything fresh! I'm very impressed with this game already, and I truly hope you finish this. I want to give this another playthrough when this gets a 1.0v Release!! <3

oh yeah you definitely are! im editing my video right now and if you ever felt like watching it you might be interested in 2 moments i encountered where i got stuck, and also my thought process (i heavily commentate lol). i am very surprised there isnt a whole lot of content or comments on this game  yet. seeing that you are updating it really says a lot. i want to play it again once you do more work and/or get a 1.0 release :) Good luck to you

honestly can't wait to see the full release. i will be following this game <3

i really enjoyed idols of ash (a recent climbing/descending game with a grappling hook) and Below The Blades (great freaking name btw) really scratches that itch with also being very fresh with the idea

great update, thanks!

wow these look so good. skyboxes, alone, are inspiring my inner gamedev creativities xD

Thanks again Pizza Doggy!

yes i have the exact numbers, with a space between 1 and 9.

thanks for not spoiling it but also giving info. i have been looking at a photo with a hand coming out of some water i think lol!  i was wondering if the sound meant anything. i was following them around. im sure i'll get it eventually :)

no sadly lol

i still have the game paused because i was also recording it xD

hey this is pretty cool but i've been playing for 36 minutes and for the last 16 or so minutes i havent found anything. i've been pushing E and snapping pics on everything. turning on and off lights, looking through door, opening closing toilet lid. i have 4 of the door digits

this looks pretty cool, man!

this is cool. gonna check it out eventually :)

hell yeah

nice, thanks for updating!

Thanks for the game! yours is first in the video

11:44 Timestamp is when your game starts. I enjoy apartment indie horror games!

can't wait for Selvema II

these are some nice boxes!

thanks for the update!

Loved it! I also am waiting patiently for your next game, DRIFT! <3

ooo you played it too, imma watch

10/10 will stab father again :)

Nice, thanks for the update!

i've just purchased the game and will return with my gameplay and thoughts, as I've played your previous game DECRYPT, which was super good!

haha yeah i tried to cut her delay times where i could without cutting parts of the game. thanks for watching!

Yoo I'm glad to hear about Selvema II: Carlos!! Good luck. Will be waiting to play that

Absolutely LOVE IT! I had so much fear & fun!

yes! i JUST finished playing and found the Signal Lost! end :)

going to edit it right now. that was such a good experience. i explain it more in my video :D

seriously such a simple idea executed so well. thank you for having such good player controller. it felt very smooth and actually in control of the player. the fact there was no grappling hook made every choice more important lol!

oh yes i will. i added it to my 'games to play' tabs :)

just did a test run. this is very interesting. it's scratching the itch i had for Idols of Ash, but this is uniquely it's own game.

going to dive in deep soon. i'll give review shortly :)

Investigating a Slaver-Ship Turned Into Cargo Hauler - YouTube

I know this game is older, BUT IT WAS SO FUN, and I loved uncovering the story as I played.   :D

weird how the video only shows as a link, but oh well lol

oh wow you did!!! thanks so much, i didnt expect to get one haha. Going to play really soon <3

EDIT: i just realized i recorded your last game Yuki like 1.5 years ago lol nice

any chance of ggetting a windows downloadable? i find browser games nearly unplayable. btw the itch page is unreadable. i cant even see what im typing cuz its grey on grey text lol!

anyways im curious to play this game :)

(1 edit)

i just bought the game after reading this. excited to play this game even though it's older.

yeah i understand it was for a jam. anyways i love the idea and i'll follow for future projects :)

oh ok i see now

ok everytime you exit the truck (it says enter truck, but i know it's exit) you have to make sure to look away from the beacon on top of the truck, and while trying to move forward you hit ctrl for crouch. that's the only way to get passed it that i've found. it took me a very long time to figure out i needed to fix the engine, because i cant really understand the characters dialog lol. then when i fixed it i tried to get back into the cab and it i guess something knocked me away from the truck? i just started flying very fast away from the truck and i ended up just walking around in some blackness forever lol.

anyways i write this so you can look into it if you wanted to. cool idea, but those bugs make it extremely difficult to get to an ending. good luck on your next project tho! :)

im really liking the atmosphere, but understanding the characters is nearly impossible. i was going to add this to a 3 scary games video and im going to give it another go later when i actually record.

the idea for this is really good! I just want to understand the characters. i absolutely LOVE the outdoor atmosphere

EDIT: i forgot to mention half of the problem with not understanding the characters is that the bg ambient noise/music is so much louder than the dialog.

i dont know what engine u are using but recently i found that in Godot u can make 1 audio bus do 'audio ducking' under another audio bus. i bet unity and other engine have some equivalent.

just thought i'd throw that out there lol

clearly subtitles would help, but i know thats a lot more work for a jam game

i just watched the video and it was hilarious!! i've never seen so much dich succing in my game before LOL. thanks for playing! It's ok you didnt get the other ending. it's similar to the one where he strangles you, he just says "hi" and is very calm and then all of a sudden starts strangling again lol

lol! yes a BLAST im sure. cant wait to see it when it goes public :D

thanks for playing it! yay im glad you found the extra bit i added where you can click on your hands and see hobo again :)

oh yeah, you would've turn that croc into an outfit hahahaa
