I, for one, am very excited. Please don't feel guilty about the delay. It wasn't in your control and you still tried everything to make it work.
You might have seen certain negative comments, but don't let them discourage you. There are plenty of people here that enjoy your work and what you have created. Many of them are excitedly waiting for the release even now. (Like myself)
Creating takes time and patience is a part of the process.
The amount of time it takes to create something does not correlate with its quality. Your feedback consists only of insults, with no constructive basis on what could be improved. Furthermore, just because a piece of media isn't popular doesn't mean it’s bad. There are plenty of talented artists who remain unrecognized simply because the algorithm doesn't favor them.
Considering this is your stance, all I can say is agree to disagree.

Just because a game isn't up to your personal tastes does not make it a bad game. There is also a clear difference between hate and criticism. Instead of choosing to give feedback on things you'd like to be improved on, you chose to be bitter and provide no useful input on anything. In reality, it's sad that you feel the need to be hateful in the face of someone else's success. The games you mention certainly do deserve to get a steam release. However, I highly doubt any of the creators would appreciate seeing their fans spew such hostile nonsense.
I'm not saying you need to like the game but rather that you should express your opinion respectfully and constructively. At the end of the day, how you choose to voice your opinion says far more about you than the game itself.

Palmier, the man you are...

I'd wager he somehow disguised himself as Ivar in MCs dream. Seeing that Ivar gives the MC a red spider lily (Palmier's flower) instead of a rose when they first meet. It could also explain why Ivar doesn't remember MC at the end of the demo.
Anyway, he is deceiving me and I like it.
Well, as far as I'm aware the origin doesn't matter but I selected the unnamed one for this playthrough. I'll list the things I picked:
First encounter:
1. Where did you find it?
2. Play along with him.
3. I'd invite you if I had my key.
At the bar:
1. Stay with Ais and Vere.
2. It's [Your Characters Name]
After choosing Vere:
1. How do you know where I went?
2. Yes.
3. Who you ask about is not important.
4. I'll never stop looking. OR Then it's over for me. (it doesn't matter)
5. Touch the collar.
6. You didn't ask me first. (You NEED to pick this one to get the red option.)
