pretty serious game, i enjoy it.. since all the police officer caught me.. ( they are 1000.. ). congrat for that piece bruh
I agree with the last couple of comments that the game is a bit unbalanced; I got obliterated very quickly at the start one round because a bunch of cops spawned in at once, but another round I lasted a while because I got really good upgrades. My advice would be to decrease the vision range and fire speed of the cops. Still, I liked the visuals, and the gameplay loop was overall an enjoyable experience. Nice work!
Thanks for the Wikipedia screenshot! i liked the game, although I think the difficulty curve is a bit steep. the art was goofy, which has it's own charm and it was refreshing to play this game, even as someone who has arachnophobia haha! some gripes:
1. quite difficult
2. the lore/background and the objective of the game isn't too well defined.
3. the enemies stick to the player for a few seconds if you touch them, and does very heavy damage. is that intended?
Hey there! Thanks for playing. I totally agree that the difficulty curve is pretty steep, but I only worked on the art, so I didn't have much to do with that part. The story, however, I wish I had more time to implement. I had already started work on a sort of comic-style opening for how the game would have kicked off, but wasn't able to make it all in time, along with some other story elements after the idea of any sort of win conditions was scrapped. Thanks a bunch for playing and enjoying the game for what was available though!
About your third question, that is unintended behavior but I didn't have time to fix that issue.
Fun game, loved the creative "spin" on the theme. However i think after the 3rd minute the cops spawn is a bit too much for the scaling the player has

This game is very nice but "Spin to win" is not really a thing in this game, i mean the spider kinda spin but yw...
Anyway,if you continue this game will be a great game!
Nice game. I like the progression from hunting the civilians then being hunted down by the special enemies its very gta in that regard.

Really cool concept and great implementation! I struggled initially as similarly to others my spawns had me surrounded by cops way too quickly, but with enough runs I got the hang of it and had a great time. Cool visuals and can definitely see this game being expanded upon. Awesome job :)

it is a nice game and a fun idea i find the art cute, the sound effects could be a bit better but overall a solid experience
This was fun. The randomness made some playthroughs super hard with cops cluttering, but had fun nonetheless
no idea why but this is thrown me back to GTA 1 era
was really fun to play
the only issue I had is the cops cluttering way too much. around level 5 had like 20 of them in one alley
that and they can see you through walls.

Its nice to see some complete game here, even if its not fitting main theme. It looks quite good and gameplay gives me good vibes. I enjoyed it better then most games so far so yeah cool! And i kindly invide you to try out mine!
Didn't understand how the theme was connected to the game. Just a top down vampire survivor game. Although enjoyed playing ngl.
