Maybe you chose to be kissed someone, I think that to be in Luca´s route you had have choose to kiss someone. Or is the other way around I don´t rembember correctly.
i really liked the game portion of it. the misunderstandings plot was kinda basic but the more nsfw chapters were interesting enough to make up for it imo. also yoon jigu was a cutie asf
